The Mizuno Women’s Wave Rebellion is focused on letting everyday runners feel the thrill of fast, thanks to a full length, Glass Fibre Reinforced, Mizuno Wave Plate. Its forked construction gives a snappy, speed orientated transition by storing energy during flex, creating a greater propulsion as your stride reaches toe off.

The Rebellion also sees the debut of a new midsole foam, Enerzy Lite. 35% more responsive than the U4iC foam Mizuno have previously used, and 17% lighter it gives a lightweight, energised feel to every stride.

Even the outsole gets in on the act of delivering high performance speed, normally the heaviest part of a shoe the G3 Sole is an advanced build that delivers traction where needed while reducing weight.

The upper is a one-piece mesh for a smoother, lighter and stress free fit, while a gusset tongue construction provides an improved comfort, and enhanced fit.
