At Pro:Direct Sport, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items, such as printed jerseys or embroidered boots, cannot be returned unless they possess a manufacturing fault.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original box or mailer bag, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resalable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal, print the generated shipping label, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days of receipt.
